The good form continues;

Just Her Type finally wons and impressively too! She relaxed and travelled into the race nicely. Tom Broughton gave her a lovely ride and she won well for Charlie Noell and Nell Byrd. She’s a horse I have always thought a lot of and developed a habit of being the bridesmade. Hopefully this win is the first of many. Well done to Elen who rides her every day and looks after her along with the team at home.

We have been busy off the racecourse too;

Worcester hosted a schooling morning which was a tremendous success and we took a couple of young horses to gallop and school. Beautiful ground and well organised by Ben Atkins and team. The day was such a success they’re hosting another day of schooling tomorrow. The more the better and a great education for horses before they’re seen in public.

We also thoroughly enjoyed a joint syndicate evening with The Bakers Arms Syndicate and The B-Sides Syndicate. First we met at the yard to see the horses and discuss plans, followed by a evening down The Bakers Arms in Broad Campden. Lovely food, brilliant service and an all round successful and enjoyable evening. I would highly recommend and I have heard their Sunday roasts are exceptional!

I took our hard working team out to Prezzo in Cheltenham for a well deserved meal to celebrate the horses running well. Always good fun.

One horse that isn’t on the yet is a un named 5yo mare by Fontiersman out of a winning dam. Frontiersman is a sire going places and getting plenty of winners. This mare is looking very smart at home and is ready to run, but also ready for a new owner to purchase her. We think she would go very close in a bumper.
